Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after your order is confirmed. Once your parcel is on its way, we will send you a notification with tracking details so you can follow it to your door.
Delivery Times
We deliver UAE-wide, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates. Estimated delivery is within 10 - 15 days. Remote areas may take a little longer during peak periods.
Free UAE Delivery
Enjoy free delivery on every order over AED 150. For orders below this amount, a small flat delivery fee is calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Cash on Delivery (Coming Soon)
Cash on delivery is available across the UAE. Simply select Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay in cash when your order arrives. It is the way most of the UAE prefers to shop, and we are happy to offer it.

We work with trusted UAE couriers including Aramex, J&T Express and Emirates Post to make sure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your parcel at any time. If your tracking has not updated after a couple of days, contact us and we will look into it right away.
Prices and VAT
All prices on our store are shown in AED and include 5% UAE VAT. The price you see is the price you pay, with no hidden charges added later.
