We want you to be fully happy with every ChiDrive purchase. If something is not right, we offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please keep your order confirmation or proof of purchase, as we will need it to process your return.
Check Fitment Before You Order
Our accessories are matched to specific car brands, models and years. Please confirm your vehicle details before ordering. If you receive an item that does not fit the vehicle you selected, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, email us at hello@thechidrive.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will share simple instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us straight away with a photo and your order number so we can evaluate the issue and send a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are issued by bank transfer to the account you provide. Please allow a few days for your bank to process the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been installed, fitted or used, or on clearance and final-sale items. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask us before sending it back.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the right part is to return the item you have and, once it is approved, place a new order for the correct one. Our team can help you find the exact fit for your vehicle.
